userDefaults - the user preferences container to get the list of the registries

asyncClient - the client class to perform the asynchronous operations

securityManager - the security manager to translate URLs to RegistryClient's

stringConverter - the representation of a registry as a string

observer - the observer; it obtains either List of RegistryClient's or Throwable
